A perfect place to stay if you are coming to Eureka Springs for a getaway. You will forget about the paperwork piled on your desk. and the dirty dishes left in the sink as you step into this warm and cozy room. The Treasures is the start of your getaway. The pace of life just slowed down.
The focal point of your room is the 19th century carved queen-sized bed, covered in a rich, autumn tapestry. The old original Jack Frost Ice Box that we have used as the stand for the television has started many “I remember when…” conversations.
The Treasures is a great getaway room. The alcove with the twin bed makes a great reading nook. Or you have a pair of wing-back chars that allow for a cozy evening reading in front of the fireplace. You can take a bath in your bubble jet tub for two. Make some popcorn in the guest pantry, have a bottle of your favorite wine and settle-in for the evening.
Morning coffee is available at anytime. The Guest Pantry, a small area under the main staircase, is open 24/7. The official coffee pot comes out at 8AM but the Keurig Coffeemaker is always available. The early risers come to the Parlor with a cup of coffee and discuss the plans for the day. Others may welcome a little extra shut-eye and come down for breakfast in the Morning Room at 9AM.
An added plus is the cozy alcove with a twin bed for friends traveling together or a third travel companion. It is one of the few bed and breakfasts in Eureka Springs that offers the option of two beds in the room. This is very popular for mother-daughter weekends, girl friend weekends or family traveling with a teenager.
